Booking and Jail Contacts
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is the first contact for detention, a recent booking, an arrest report, or a booking photograph held by the county. Public-record requests are processed on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays, in the order received. The office does not publish a fixed photo fee or guaranteed response time. It may charge duplication costs or a special-service amount when a request requires extensive staff or technology work.
